Who Are We?
David Bushell,
Consultant/Director (L4 Dip. Arb. (RFS), TechArborA)
I started my professional career as a teacher, working as a tree surgeon in my spare time. I soon found my true calling and moved into arboriculture full time.
I now have over 15 years' experience working in most environments within the industry, from large crane jobs to planting schemes, and from arboricultural management to health and safety practices. I worked my way up through the qualifications and roles, from groundsman to climber, head climber and manager, seeing most aspects of the industry along the way.
I have enjoyed the fruits of my labour, from training up now highly skilled arborists to owning a successful tree surgery company, Aureus Tree Services. I have now opened up the tree consultancy side of the business to continue my business and family goals.
Based in Kent, I now provide BS5837 surveys, tree risk inspections and reports for developers, businesses and homeowners across the South East.
